{UAH} ALEX NSUBUGA IT HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH MPs TRAVELLING SIR?

Alex Nsubuga

Uganda's problem sir is not MPs travelling, it is the African/Ugandan caricature that believes that politics is international than local. Opposition leaders are in UK, Buganda Land Board is in London, Norbert Mao is in Washington on the lawn, Olara Otunnu is in East London, Mengo is attending Tabamiruka in Boston, the vice president, wow wait, Winnie Byanyima is in UNAA. Alex we have some very serious issues to address in our country. Our people need some very firkin fundamental rights as having a baby in safe labor clinic. A patient being in a Uganda hospital and get a running clean safe water. Alex as you read this writing, Uganda's ministry of health does not have single bedsheet in the country to be used by a patient. One single bedsheet. How do patients live in hospitals sir? I have just read a report of a Canadian NGO that has been in Uganda and in that report, my eyes got caught with a single sentence and I will directly quote for you sir "Uganda is a country with not a single functioning toilet in all government hospitals" End quote. Alex in the 6 months this NGO has toured Uganda hospital, they have visited all Uganda government hospitals and dispensaries, and from boarder to boarder found no single toilet in a government hospital that is functioning.  Are we seriously this poor?

I followed UNAA 2013 convention and I saw how Ugandans were dancing and eating and screwing each other, by the way when the conventions show up, why do we get so many women humping on I know you? I fail to get that too. But as I was watching all these boats and all these dances and all these speeches, I could not help but wonder why Ugandans in diaspora have decided that this is the best we can do. And we can sit in UNAA drink all we want but the damage done to our people at home, those unlike Nabagereka that pukes a baby from a London hospital, we are going to pay for the work we have refused to do today sir.  And let me be very slow here. The total amount spent to run UNAA 2013 was able to pay for all bed sheets needed in Mulago hospital. The total amount spent in London to run the Buganda land board trip in UK is able to fund all bed sheets needed in Namirembe hospital. The total amount spent on Tabamiruka is able to fund the bed sheets for Rubaga hospital. The amount Norbert Mao used to travel to the Washington Lawn was able to pay for electricity for 5 dispensaries in Dokolo for a full year. Again old as I am, I ask again, are we this poor? Are we so poor to a point that a patient in Masaka Hospital, a hospital in Buganda,  when we even have the Buganda kingdom reinstated, has to sleep on Ebisanja? Then what did that firkin Muganda sleep on in a hospital when AMO a Munamawanga was in power and the Kingdom shut down really ?  !!!!!!!!!

Our country has reached this level of stupidity for nincompoops like you believe that MPs and travelling is of a greater value to our country and it is worth a program.  When women are jumping off the balcony of Mulago hospital, the waves are debating what MPs gets a travelling allowance.  So here is my conundrum as an old man, MPs have abandoned the country, Ugandans in diaspora have abandoned the country, radio stations like yours have abandoned the country, Nabagereka  Sylvia Nagginda has abandoned the country so bad that she is not only having a baby in London,  she is now taking pics with Yoweri Museveni her brand new true MaguluNyondo. Alex Nsubuga at what point do we as Ugandans stand up to defend the woman and a Muganda woman for that matter, that jumps off a firkin Mulago floor?

Just asking !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DON'T READ THIS: On tomorrow's Ssekanyolya show on CBS 89.2FM at 8.30am, don't miss to hear how corruption has compromised MPs' opportunities to enjoy foreign trips. Its only those MPS who can give kick backs of their per diem to Committee Chairpersons and Speaker's office that have enjoyed more opportunities for foreign travels than others.

Don't miss the interesting revelations only on CBS FM. for feedback, use 0752879112.
