PRESIDENT Yoweri Museveni is in New York to attend the 68th United Nation General Assembly.

The General Debate of the Assembly is slated to take place from September 24 to October 2 on the theme "Post 2015 Development Agenda: Setting the Stage." 

The First Lady, Janet Museveni who is also the Minister for Karamoja Affairs accompanied the President.
