{UAH} QUICKLY SHOT TO KILL / KALE

 

 

Compatriots,

 

I'm really confused, what is wrong with Ugandans especially the so called elites? Back in the days, thugs completely took over Kampala city and were robing and killing innocent citizens in broad day light. Kayanja was invited to do the dirty work, which saw many of these cold blooded killers eliminated. As he continued to score success, all of a sudden the so called elite group started interfering with his work with their silly argument sijui "human rights". Since when did a cold blooded murderer have human rights?

 

Whenever the opportunity has presented its self, many of us have requested government to publicly "shot" thieves that curry guns or iron bars ETC. Also, corrupt officials who steal a certain amount of public funds (to be determined) must publicly be shot dead. The police has now operationalised the "shot to kill" policy if thugs are found with guns they use to murder Ugandans, why are these people fighting this? No one should listen to you!!!

 

How can some one who kills others in cold blood also claim to qualify for human rights on earth? Some of you are planning to travel to Uganda soon for the festive season, do you know how dangerous it can be with these gangs all over the place? If it has been discovered however that, the police plans to use this law to eliminate those in opposition or any agenda along those lines, then we must have an honest debate about that. Short of that, pheeewww!!!..................................
