{UAH} KK@Disobeying a lawful order is an offence. But again the law is an ass
UAH,
When the Daily Monitor was closed and the courts ordered the police to vacate and refused, Kayihura broke the law but nobody had the guts to make sure that he is punished for it. Kayihura disobeyed a lawful order and we must keep this on our records for future reference. The Police is not above the law. Ironically they are the ones supposed to "keep law and order".
In one of the law classes back in 90s Prof. Jjuko taught his students that "the law protects the rich & powerful". I couldn't agree more.
Now that KK is a member of UAH, would he care to explain himself in advance of students who are going to use this scenario in their law classes world wide? When the Daily Monitor was closed and the courts ordered the police to vacate and refused, Kayihura broke the law but nobody had the guts to make sure that he is punished for it.
