To grant or not to grant bail should remain a legal not a political decision.But those Advocating for scrapping of the law on bail forced Courts to release former Vice Preside Gilbert Bukenya and Courts told them to wait for the day that was fixed for the bail application. Talk Of hypocrisy.The story of Ibingira and the POSA is worth remembering here. Or was it the DWTA?
