That Bugolobi Shopping Village Building will make some of those buildings along Luthuli to collapse,thats whr former mayor branches from when going home.
I grew up knowing this area as a swamp in bugolobi but as we continue to build in it this is going to happen even more often... Shame on Ugandans.
