{UAH} Parking at owners risk!Yes Parking is and no charges of Multiplex

This reminds me of Hajji Nasser who was directing a colleague on phone, where to find him, he just told him ''hullo, find me here parked at owner's risk!''.If it's parked there the whole day....en a bill of 20000= accumulates I am sure the owner will abandon it.
