Unlike Hon. Kibuule, we need to transcend our conventional viewpoint of women and begin to think about them as equals in all forms.

The University of Melbourne in Australia is incubating Uganda's and Africa's brightest energy, natural resources and green technology expert lawyer, Ms. Lorna Kobusingye. We should unreservedly vouch for her and recommend her to all of you interested in that field. Our country's future is after all brighter for these emerging young intellectuals.

This lady was the best student in the country in her A Levels. She went to Dar es Salaam and was among the top lot in her class. In her LLM at Melbourne, she has demonstrated remarkable expertise and excellence through great research and groundbreaking thoughts on the subjects. In her work with NWSC, she was steller and on that basis won a scholarship.
