Irresponsible Dinka Loaded Dad in Problems for taking off from Ugandan Wife, Kids leaving them at the Mercy of Starvation, Sickness and Death

A South Sudan born Engineer has been arraigned before court for bolting from his Ugandan lover, leaving the poor woman to fend for his children.

In the eye of the storm is Eng. Albert Fandasi Bazawi who is identified as an employee of Roofings (U) Limited.

His pissed lover Grace Apio dragged the engineer to Makindye Family Court, demanding that he be made to provide necessities for children he begot with her.

In her written sworn statement, Apio pins Bazawi for abandoning her and his two young children in a muzigo in Buziga-Entebbe, yet she is sickly and in wanting financial position to play the role of dad and mum at the same time.

Represented by Ssajjabi and Company Advocates, Apio wonders what on earth makes a loaded Bazawi with businesses to his name to duck the responsibilities of fending for his own "blood".

Saying she has reported Bazawi to the Southern Sudan Embassy numerous  times, Apio laments that the embassy never at anytime offered her any help nor talk her lover into doing the needful, but simply told her to take her issues to court.

 "The respondent (Bazawi) has enough money and businesses that generate
enough income to cater for the children, him being an international
businessman and contractor," Apio asserts.

Stating that Bazawi has stubbornly refused to take care of his children let alone proved careless and negligent Apio reasons, "It is just, equitable, fair and in the best interest of the children that for their welfare, Bazawi be compelled to deposit a one lump sum fee for maintenance and upkeep."

Justifying her request still, Apio argues Bazawi is capable of disappearing into thin air, as he has done before, if court lets him go away without depositing money for his children upkeep.

She added that even when she raised Bazawi on phone, pleading that he provided for his children, the man would either refuse to pick her calls or simply pick the phone and let it ring, till she had ran out of airtime.

In his defense, Baziwa denied parentage of the children, prompting Makindye Magistrate George Watyekere Wakubona to order for a DNA test to establish who between Bazawi and Apio is telling the truth.
