Murderer Richard Arinaitwe who was earlier sentenced to death has been saved by Buganda road high court Justice Murangira who waived his sentence to life, Having been in prison for 15yrs,Arinaitwe is expected to be released in three years time because the Uganda Prisons Act states that "for purposes of calculating remission a sentence of imprisonment for life shall be deemed to be 20 years"

Prison makes people even more traumatized,this guy must be more deadly than before,he is going to come out to face this Uganda which has no jobs,no social benefits no social counseling which may lead him to aggression and end up killing again,Imagine you kill when you are 23yrs(very ambitious) sentenced to prison and when you come out its the same president who was ruling the day you killed. The trigger factors still stand intact. He shall kill again
