Reacting to veteran cynic John Kwitonda's opaque view of the
forthcoming eclipse, Ingram Kampe stated as follows a shortwhile ago
on this very platform:
"As usual-John Kwitonda-the "bearer of bad tidings". What is your
complex? When things don't go well in Uganda you complain,
understandably, but when they do you still complain-(when you smile
you look like an alligator and when you cry you look like a
crocodile!!)same difference!!"
