{UAH} Beating Lukwago’s lawyer: There is method to all this madness

Folks;

 

If Onyango-Obbo is crystal correct, then we are heading into a murderous period leading to 2016 elections.

 

The one gift that Museveni has bequeathed to Ugandans is "loss of fear of the gun." No longer are Ugandans as afraid of or to use the gun as they were in pre-Museveni days.

 

And the Constitution has plenty of soothing clauses to justify the use of arms by the population to rid the country of bad governments. Guess what? Ugandans might just go for that option.
