{UAH} Mr.Lema} Lukwago: I won’t talk to Museveni

John,
I think this headline in the Daily Monitor is misleading. Obviously Lukwago would be willing to speak to the president if he is officially invited to do so. I don't see any problem with this as long as certain terms are met by both sides.

I'm also finding the picture below a bit funny. This police officer surely looks like he needs help. The young man he is trying to arrest is in a better position to push him to the ground before he( young man)  takes off.

So, how long do the police intend to house arrest Besigye and Lukwago? Does this stop the implementation of the Hon.Nyanzi ruling?

Police officer Alfred Muhumuza tries to arrest a supporter of the Lord Mayor, Mr Erias Lukwago, at the latter's home in Wakaliga, a Kampala suburb yesterday. Police battled with the mayor's supporters when they attempted to arrest Mr Lukwago after he addressed a press conference in which he dismissed claims that he was ready to talk with President Museveni.
