{UAH} Police taking huge liberties!

The new laws enacted single handedly by officer Kaweesi is mischievous to say the least! Uganda police is taking huge liberties with the rights of Ugandans! The jdea that they can arrest a passenger because he is drunk borders on madness! Do you want all drunks to walk home or report to you for lodging? Can we also come to the police officers' homes and make preventive citizens arrests if an officer gets drunk and we suspect he may harm his family? Or can we intervene and arrest an officer if we think that the officer may find out about his cheating wife and harm her? Am giving these scenarios to point to the stupid direction that this new state of affairs is going to lead to! I think the powers that be should give the policemen an increment so that they can stop thinking of funny ways to fleece the public! Meanwhile some human rights activists are going to eat big when they challenge thisvin court! Or is it a game to share court awards! IGG should investigate these games.
