In civilized societies Brigadier Muhoozi, would resign or take responsibility for such a huge security blunder. But what I also found to be so disturbing was the fact that a soldier would have enough time to empty a bullet magazine on dead body before he was brought down!
The question is how far away were the rest of the guards and why did they wait for the disgruntled soldier to do what he did before taking him out? Professional forces? Really?! No one is safe In Uganda.
