{UAH} Residents flock Tororo Hospital to see conjoined twins

Folks;

 

Here is another of those senseless deaths that a government hospital, like Tororo, was established to contain. Hopefully, the State Minister for Health, Ms. Sarah Opendi who happens to be the District Women MP, will intervene and bring about a solution here.
