{UAH} SPLA Generals Defect As Rebels Take Kaki

“The Gallant SPLA/M Forces under direct command of Brig. Gen. Joseph Chegai Gatluak and under overall command of Maj. Gen. Gabriel Tangiye liberated Kaki -Tujeriah from anti-democratic reform forces of Salva Kiir.” He adds in a statement: “Our forces were joined in liberating Kaki by defectors from SSDA/M pro-government militia led by Maj. Gen. Ayuk ogad.” More information on casualties sand equipment destroyed from the attacking forces will follow. Kaki is the gateway to Monyo County in Shulluk Kingdom on the western bank of  River Nile and as well as  the  main bread basket to residents of  Malakal town. “Its fall to our forces is expected to have immediate negative impact on government troops trapped in Malakal since their only local food supply route is cut off.” Quite to the contrary, NC Breaking News, reports that SPLA “has crossed the Nile and captured Kaka, located West Bank of Nile opposite Melut”. The SPLA spokesperson, Col Philip Aguer, has not yet confirmed or commented on these reports.   We shall keep updating you on the new developments.
