The way we design town and municipal roads is very dangerous to human life. The roads have open gutters into which people have fallen and disappeared. You ca imagine power lines hanging dangerously these could be brought underground. He same happens with UTL abandoned infrastructure. This could be rejuvenated to bring what Star Time is doing to Uganda with additional service like internet, radio, telephony etc.
