{UAH} Why reading history is important

Reading history which I encourage Ugandans to do isn't so much about memorizing dates and events but most importantly drawing lessons for decision making purposes. For example one statesman once advised "To go to war without having the sufficient means would be like to lead the country and people to disaster".
