{UAH} Expelled but NOT Expelled?

In the emails below, Brian mentions that Kenneth Ddamba and Daniel Kawuma are UNAA Council members doing good work for UNAA. However, when I visit UNAA's website (http://www.unaa.org/unaa-council ), the two gentlemen are not listed as UNAA Council members.  Will someone in UNAA's Executive (President or Secretary) please explain this confusing situation to me?
