{UAH} Rwanda Genocide: Many questions remain unanswered

The Rwanda genocide took place 20 years ago in 1994. But many questions still remain unanswered about who actually did what to whom raising the following questions:  

1.     Who shot down the plane carrying two Hutu presidents of Burundi and Rwanda?

2.     Where is the black box to give an indication about what happened to the plane?

3.     Why have some reports remained unpublished?

4.     Where were the machetes manufactured?

5.     Who owned and operated the radio stations?

6.     Who called on Hutu to murder moderate Hutu and Tutsi?

7.     Who warned Hutu to flee Rwanda when the genocide began?

These questions need to be answered satisfactorily.
