I have news for the Ugandan authorities: be prepared to ban all TV stations and newspapers, because Museveni is fond of his "naps." And as age gets the better of him, his snooze will become more frequent.

For pete's sake, Museveni has even been shown to experience some difficulty rising from a chair!
