{UAH} Chaos in Libya

What is happening in Libya is sadly what I have been advising against that we should avoid in Uganda. Those who want to grab power at gun point without a national agreement and shared role at the national level with a presidential team and keep military out of fighting each other we shall have a civil war. We shall need leadership with cool minds, patriotic and there for the interests of all Ugandans. Those who want winner take all will plunge the country into chaos.
