This is in Napak district, Karamoja, under NRM.This looks a cattle shed or kraal but its a school.There are teachers but they are not enough and most of them are not professionally trained. Good teachers do not want to teach in such schools.Of course they cannot afford newspapers. That is where education stakeholders come in. They were being sponsored by an NGO to receive 100 newspaper copies every week.
