NRA, Ugandans and friends.....
Wake up!.......this 'reshuffle of one' is nothing but an NRA chief's play with his toys from Luwero shelves. Change from 'within' NRA is no change...yes, a mere change of 'guards' for booty.
Poor Rugunda, my OB, presents as a decent chap you know....if only...but.....
Uganda will never really be free until it is free from NRA. Citizens, believe in better.
