For some time now, WBK and his fellow Jubilants have been telling us that the Referendum push has no chance in a million years. Why, then, does the president feel compelled to reign in on "wayward" Jubilee governors who are supporting the plebiscite?

And Raila is posing a timely question here: what resolution are the governors violating by standing their ground? Ask me another.
