He appeared in the Uganda Time of 13th April 1979 as one of the most wanted criminals of the State Research Bureau.  Kale Ugandans we forget easily. 

I cant believe even Sayida Bumba can have the guts to stand among Ugandans after her corrupt scandals!!!!!!  I sincerely hope that some of these pple don't turn up since leader of delegation is Edward Sekanda - last time he was in UK, he could not account for rest of the Commonwealth sportsmen and women on return to uganda
