{UAH} Ban construction of fuel stations in residential areas

Allow me to talk about the mushrooming fuel stations, fuel depot centres and the storehouses being constructed in residential areas putting lives of many people at risk.
Driving along Masaka Road via Busega – Kyengera town board roundabout, you cannot miss the site of towering, gigantic fuel tanks full of petrol located within that residential community – what a risk if that volatile stuff leaked!
About a kilometre out of Kyengera, another establishment of a gigantic fuel tank is being constructed, just a few metres along the main road as one heads towards Nabbingo on Masaka Road. As you drive towards Kireka via Banda taxi stage along Jinja Road, you will not miss the several fuel tanks constructed within the Banda residential area.
We all know how dangerous and deadly petrol is, why then can't the relevant authorities take action before a calamity befalls unsuspecting Ugandans, especially those residing in and around the above mentioned locations?
