{UAH} Is it the same UNAA?

Several people have been claiming that before 2010, UNAA was not a Massachusetts corporation.  As such, they add that in 2010, UNAA was not supposed to abide by Massachusetts law regarding changing bylaws and articles of incorporation. This is clearly wrong. As I have written on this forum before, UNAA was registered in Massachusetts in 2005 and has been filing all required annual reports (except in 2010). 

In addition, UNAA applied for Federal tax exemption as a Massachusetts corporation. Below are samples of official f documents filed from 2005 to  November 2014.  Please look at the Federal Tax ID number on all the attached reports. You will notice that it is the SAME!
