3.A page of Quran that dates from 20-40 years after the death of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. It is written in the ancient Hijazi script and has recently been dated by the University of Tübingen, in Germany, as being the oldest existing copy of the Quran.

This page begins with verse 35 of Surat al-Isra':
ذَٰلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلًا

The original Arabs didn't need dots or vowel markings to read the Quran. It was only later, once non-Arabs began to learn the language and read the Quran that such markings were added to make reading easier. I think The 1st person to add dots to the Letters was Al hajaj Ibn Yousef Al Thaqafi. The possibility that this could be the handwriting of a Sahabah is so cool.

By the way, there is a copy of the holly Quran written on paper in the USA that is over12 hundred (1200) years old.This copy of the holly Quran is more expensive than Diamonds and gold. it is more important than the 7 wonders of the world paper that is over 1000 years old that is miracle or the Declaration of Independence in the USA is 200 years old, and it is deteriorating so fast and it will disappear soon and the paper expert and restorers trying the impossible to stop that.In Uzbekistán there is a Holy Quran halifa Uthman's period.before It considered as a oldest manuscript.

None of those copies attributed to Uthman's era have been carbon dated to the first century AH. And those are all written in the Kufic script which did not develop until the end of the first century AH, while this copy is written in the Hijazi script that was common at that time.
