{UAH} A MANDELA QUOTE THAT CONTINUES TO HAUNT BURUNDI

On a visit to a Burundi maximum prison Mandela was petrified and speechless by the living conditions of inmates but able to utter just one and only one statement.

"I wonder if people in this country fear God"

The silence that followed this statement has never been undone.
