2.The Kok Gumbaz Mosque in Shahrisabz, Uzbekistan. Built by the Timurid Empire in 1437.

3.Geometric patterns inside a dome in the Shah Jahan Mosque in Thatta, Pakistan. Built in 1647 by the Mughal Empire.
One of de cheif characteristic of Islamic architecture is geometrical designs i.e triangles, squares n rectangular designs. Carving is not allowed in Masjids is y Mughals used these geometrical designs."Shah Jahan" means "king of the world". Shah Jahan's reign was significent because of the constructions that took place all over the Hindustan during his reign. Tombs of his parents in Lahore, Taj-Mahal in Aagra are some of the important constructions.shah jahan's reign was the golden age of Mughal history.Mughal empire ended in 1857 before Ottoman empire.
