{UAH} Sejusa is back and Arrested-- please confirm

Can some one confirm - The former coordinator of intelligence services, Gen. David Sejusa Tinyefuza landed at Entebbe airport in uganda aboard a British Airways flight. Tinyefuza was received by the Director General of Internal Security Organization (ISO) and taken to his home. Its maintained that in a negotiated deal, Tinyefuza won't be arrested or charged with any crime.
