{UAH} A VERY DISTURBING DISCOVERY OF THEFT IN UGANDA

Baboons,

Am I the only one noticing this or all of you hairy tailed mammals knew but kept it away from the Chief

Well. we all know, I want to believe, that Janet Museveni is the Minister For Karamoja Affairs and that is it. Right?

And we also know there is the Minister and Ministry of Energy and Minerals Development.

But did you all know that Janet also doubles as Minister of Mineral Development with specificity to just one and only one mineral type that the Mister of Energy and Mineral Development has no control over but Janet Museveni?

Yesterday her name and all them East African presidents lined up en masse on my Linked In account and my curiosity made me link to them all even tho I had had Kagame already for long.

Then the bomb.

On her Linked In profile Janet Museveni, matter of fact, writes that she is Minister for Karamoja and Gold Affairs.

So, tell me how it comes that the Ministry and Minister of Energy and Mineral Development got nothing to do with managing our gold but Museveni's wife. And you still wonder why with all the yearly cabinet reshuffles the woman has stayed put in Karamoja? Karamoja has abundant gold deposits including many more recent discoveries in Abim District - a district of sprawling rocky hills known to have nearly all types of minerals in the world including oil.

And what is Museveni trying to tell off the Minister of Energy and Mineral Development about the mineral gold, in Uganda?

By the way, is oil a mineral?
