I was driving past Nakumat Kampala stores near Garden city and I witnessed a gang of boys grab a bag from a lady, a phone from a girl and groceries from a hapless old man. What is mist saddening is that there was a Police Patrol van # 21 Reg. UP 01924 un-attended. I was forced to park in the road n use my stick to disperse this gang of over 50 thugs, I arrested 3 and handed them over to the Nakmatt Police station who must be the worst officers on duty ever. Henrie Kalulu, Abubaker Ziwedde, Eriphaz Mulondo,am still calling on you to reign in on these guys who leave a Patrol van un-attended with thugs roaming about.
Where there is a will, there is always a way.
