{UAH} NOBODY CAN OVERTHROW M7 USING THE ARMY---- MWENDA

According to Andrew Mwenda, Museveni will not be overthrown by the army because (a) all command of troops must be with his personal authorization I.e. Battalion commanders, Division Commanders and all other Generals cannot obey or issue commands unless Museveni has issued them and he bi-passes every body and instructs the juniors personally leaving their superiors in the dark! (b) No group of more than 20 soldiers can move from one place to another without authorization of his (c) No tank can move more than 2 km without authorization from M7!
