Any person in Sweden who has been politics or academic institutions knows that Bill Clinton did all that he could to bring the Swedish medicare system to America - Americans and Japans were studying this system all over the 80- 90's.

Swedish medicare system is not different from the Canadian system

What is called western Europe has a similar program - though the Swedish system goes further to cover in the elderly and children
