The Kabaka of Buganda Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II will be celebrating his 60th birthday next month.

Masengere Complex Masengere Complex

This time round the Katikiro of Buganda Charles Peter Mayiga will present to him Masengere Complex as his birthday gift.

The building which had been stuck for more than forty years will be presented to the Kabaka during the celebrations of his birthday.

The Katikiro who has collected ettofalli endlessly has a reason to thump his chest like an adolescent gorilla for he has done a great job in mobilizing the Baganda to finish some stalled projects like this building.

With the project of the ettofalli the building has to be completed by the end of this month.
