 "I think that culture falls squarely on bad management.  You cannot blame the West.  We, you, the Africans must take responsibilities.  I know they are putting around neo-colonialism, neo-exploitation. But why are you putting up with this? Why are you allowing this exploitation?  It is because the fund managers are thieves.  They make partnerships where they know they are going to get big commissions.  If the leaders in Africa were upright, the West would play fair because they know they are dealing with a serious man.  But if you make a deal with them it has to be beneficial to both.  And now they know there is a vacuum there.  You go with begging bowls and once you go with a begging bowl you are already a slave.  Now, you cannot blame the West for that. It is not their fault, it is the fault of African leaders."
