BICUL invites Hongkong based developer for a partnership

New Century Marketing, a Hongkong based developer has been invited to partner with Buganda Kingdom in real estate development. The developer currently developing a $60 million dollar first five star hotel in Kigali, is also behind the century park development which acquired 97,058 square metres of land  located in Gasabo District, Remera Sector in Nyarutarama area a suburb of  Kigali City. 

Taking Buganda Kingdom officials around the proposed Marriot International Hotel in Kigali, the C.E.O, New Century Marketing Billy Cheung, expressed interest in partnering with the Kingdom in developing high end quality villas and apartments.

The leader of the delegation, Prince David Wasajja, extended an invitation to the developer, affirming that the Kingdom was ready under it's holding company BICUL to engage in partnerships with serious real estate developers to maximize returns from some of its vast real estate interests, some of which are currently under utilized.
