{UAH} NEMA CASE - Institutional failure?

Why is URA working - it is simply because there is a political will to allow URA to work besides good management. Even NEMA has good managment but why is it not working?

Why is Uganda Forest Authority not effective as URA?

Why is NEMA not effective as URA?

Why Town Councils not effective as URA?

Why is Uganda Land Commission not as effective as URA?

Vested political interests?!

If government agencies are not working, bless yourself for trouble and dysfunctional state.

If Uganda politicians want to get out of its problems it should let allow institutions to work irrespective of what politicians think or what their interest might be.

NEMA has been largely failed by political influence. The first step is to collect all past mistakes by cancelling all abnormal land allocation that are deemed to be under its jurisdiction.

The Uganda Land Commissions is also under political siege – Old Kampala Land given away to a minister!

How can Ministry of Education fail to acquire land title for schools?!

Africa's and specifically Uganda's problem are generated politically.
