{UAH} BILL GATES NOW KNIGHT COMMANDER IN "MOST EXCELLENT ORDER OF THE BRITISH EMPIRE"?

Bill Gates has just become Knight Commander in the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire.
It's 2015! What is still going on?
Isn't Bill Gates now wearing the blood laced symbols of British (white) supremacism that caused injustice and oppression including death to millions upon millions of African and Asian people in all British colonies for the sake of the Empires conquests?
Why is this normal to people?
