{UAH} Mr. Kaguta. You have to do that Idi Amin thing but nicely! if you want incomes to increase

I hear you complain that the Ibanda road has not increased incomes in families. The Govt departments have to educate and mobilse people to go back to farming and rural areas. i.e. leave making chapatis and loitering in towns.

Idi Amin did it but in a brutal manner.

Having infrastructure is the foundation. You have to add on to that.

Market structures e.g. silos and buying centres have to be in place.

One may even have something like Kenya Tea Authority which ensures that many farmers a fair share of the proceeds from sale of Tea.

An authority for each product.

People have to be eduacted about product packaging - modern methods. Universitiesresearch depts and students can work on innovative ways so that goods are easier and neatly packaged so that the quickly reach the market.

Stimulate Juice factories, Food factories to setup in Rural areas where the suppliers are.

etc etc etc
