"Obote cannot lose in an election, when he is the one controlling the military commission,never.He can only do that may be when he is too drunk"- Museveni tells mwalimu Julius Nyerere towards the 1980 elections.

Now that Museveni doesn't even drink,how can he afford to lose in an election where actually,he doesn't only control but he owns the gun,the money,the army and the entire EC?
