From the panicked actions of the NRM party, the Uganda Police and the electoral commission; one would be forgiven for concluding that the 2016 results have already been determined in favor of one of the candidates! Otherwise why would all these bodies attempt to trample the constitution of Uganda to stop everybody else except the incumbent from meeting voters? All the parties should now start collecting evidence for the mother of all legal battles after what looks like another rigged election come 2016. Some of the offences are being shamelessly and arrogantly committed before a live audience! Paget Kintu |
