{UAH} NATIONAL BUDGET: BUSAABALA ROAD MENTIONED

This has been a manifesto budget. Nothing it has not touched on thanks to Hon. Matia Kasaija and his team. Even our own Najjanankumbi-Busaabala Road, was at least, mentioned. In Ssembabule, they have mentioned Lusaalir rod. Then in Masaka and Kalngala, , Nyendo-Bukakkata and Luuka Kalangala roads. Mpigi-Maddu-Ssembbule-Villa Maria is on course.
Mtia has come with the innovation of appreciating a role done by his predecessors since 1986. He had forgotten the late Prof. Ponsiano Mulema until he was reminded by DP Secretary General Mathias Nbuga. l had also murmured where l was standing with UTODA National Chairperson Ndyomugyenyi when the minister described Dr. Kiyonga as the first NRM Government Minister of Finance when it was Prof. Mulema.
