{UAH} Ocen, WBK//Is Museveni afraid of Luo, Kalenjin or Luhya presidency?

Folks;

This headline arises from the wider speculation that a Kenyan president from any of these three communities will find immediate trans-border allegiance in Uganda.  

I doubt it. 

However, known for his perpetual paranoia, I would not rule out the possibility that Museveni indeed holds a fear that a Raila or Wetang'ula or Ruto presidency will embolden the Luos in Uganda, or Samia and Bagisu, or the Sebei and Karamojong to move away from him, or to cause him serious headache.

Wouldn't be a bad idea if it happened, but that's not how our (tribal) politics works.
