Talk about indecent proposal! 

Mugabe, in a fit of anger, makes the most inappropriate dare to Obama, as if Obama wrote into law the homosexual rights that were upheld by the Supreme Court last week.

Like Amin who said he would marry Nyerere, Mugabe's intemperate outburst crosses the line of decent disagreement over a legitimately contentious issue of homosexuality. Brazenly, he cites Biblical "prohibition" of gays - never mind the authenticity of that claim of prohibition - as if he rules Zimbabwe with Biblical holiness.
