{UAH} Pope's encyclical letter on environment, eagerly awaited!

It's called  LAUDATO  SI  ( Praise be to you! ) and it will come out tomorrow Wednesday ( 17/06/2015), for the
English translation and on Thursday (18/06/2015) for other major languages. Hundreds of journalists are reported
in Rome for the launch of this very important document which comes out a few months before the International Conference
on Environment to be held in Paris, and before the Pope's trip to the USA where questions on environment will be on agenda.
The Pope referred to this Thursday publication requesting Christians to receive it  wholeheartedly when he addressed a huge
gathering of pilgrims estimated at over 100,000 during the sunday Angelus prayer in St Peter's Square.
It will be the very first encyclical letter of its kind touching on environment. An encyclical letter is usually addressed to bishops
all over the world and these prelates diffuse it to the faithful and to all those interested. Copies are also sent to heads of state.
This actual encyclical letter is a reflexion of the Pope's approach to what he sees as a responsibility God has confided to mankind.
It's said to support and give due credit to those engaged in environmental protection. The Pope also lays stress on the fact that change
in climate and degradation in environment have for cause not scientific nor natural factors but simply originate from factors that involve
human responsibility..
Very many bookshops, book stores, and centres engaged in book selling business have in advance booked copies of the great encyclical
whose contents will be a tremor of enthusiasm that will go through the whole world. The encyclical comes out at a time when Pope Francis
is now seen as the real popularity of the papacy!  Welcome LAUDATO  SI  and we are all very eager to read you!
