{UAH} Pour money into Research: Hon. Emelia Kyambadde

Government should borrow and pour money into scientific research - this has to be guided by national aspirations, jobs, and need and want

Africans should stop doing things without clear information.

The entire industry should sit down wih academic institution to discuss neccessity for innovation, development and research:

Areas of concern should be
 

 a. Telecommunication (high returns)

 b.  Medicine (herbal and paramedicine) alt to synthetic drugs

 c. Housing construction design/ Engineering

 d. Road and Bridge Engineering

 e. Space sciences

 f. Environment, Ecology and Forestry

g. Wood Sciences

h. Children nutrition

i. Town Planing plus Transport Technologies

j Fabric material including alternative use of cotton in building and telecommunication science

h. Politican and buisness organisation/administration

all government and religous universities should select which have the best competence and start recruiting PhD candidates and professors to do this work which should within a few years be implemented.
